Shaykh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (May Allah have mercy on him) said:
“The Jinns may harm the humans either in ways that are prohibited for both humans and the Jinns or through coercion and oppression.” The harm that the Jinns may inflict upon the humans has many forms such as entering the human body and causing epilepsy.
Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen (May Allah have mercy on him) said:
"Undoubtedly the jinn can have a harmful effect on humans, and they could even kill them, they may harm a person by throwing stones at him, or by trying to terrify him, and other things that are proven in the Sunnah or indicated by real events.
Jinn may attack humans, and harm them, as is known from real-life events.
There are numerous reports which indicate that a man may come to a deserted area, and a stone may be thrown at him, but he may not see anybody, or he may hear voices or a rustling sound like the rustling of trees, and other things that may make him feel distressed and scared. A Jinn may also enter the body of a human, either because of love or with the intention of harming him, or for some other reason.
Jinn's can cause serious physical harm (Even Death), to human beings and pain and can also control parts of the (human beings) body, this kind of harm is difficult for doctors to detect, and they fail to remedy the issue altogether, because the X ray, scans and reports will show no problem whatsoever.
Allah (subhana wata ala) informs us that Jinn can indeed cause us harm:
Those who consume interest (commercial as well as consumer loans) cannot stand [on the Day of Resurrection] except as one stands who is being beaten by Satan into insanity. The Qur’an 2:275
Allah (Subhana wata ala) in His Wisdom has informed us in The Qur’an that Jinn's can cause us physical harm for sure, so one must NOT think that they are immune from spiritual attacks; even if they don’t suffer from a spiritual issue like Black magic, Dark magic, which is usually the common reason of suffering from spiritual harm, physically, and not always due to a Demonic attacks, since spiritual harm can also be due to being harmed by spiritual practitioners who practice sorcery and Black magic, Dark magic. etc.
