I am not saying that if we do all of the above that we are 100% safe from such issues and harm (unless if Allah subhana wata ala Wills) since it is still possible to be harmed even if one prays 5 times a day, as the Prophet of Allah (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) was also a victim of Black Magic as it is clearly mentioned In Al Bukhari.
The Hadith as regards magic or Black Magic done upon the Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) is a sahih (authentic) hadeeth which was collected by Imam Al-Bukhari, Imam Muslim and other collection of Hadith (Narrations).
It is confirmed by Ahl al-Sunnah that this story is true, and no one denies it except an innovator. There follows the text of the Hadith, its source, its meaning is a refutation to those who deny it.
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: A spell was cast upon the Prophet (salallahu alayhe wa sallam) until he imagined that he had done a thing when he had not done it. One day he made supplications (du'a) then he said: “Do you know that Allah has shown me in what lies my cure? Two men came to me and one of them sat at my head and the other at my feet. One of them said to the other, ‘What is ailing this man (what's causing this man I.e., the Prophet to become ill)? He said: ‘He has been bewitched.’ the second man said: “Who has bewitched him?’ He said: ‘Labeed ibn al-A’sam.’ the second man said, ‘With what?’ He said: ‘With a comb, the hair that is stuck to it, and the skin of pollen of a male date palm. the second man said: ‘Where is it?’ He said, ‘In the well of Dharwaan.’” The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went out to the well, then he came back and said to ‘Aisha on his return: “Its date palms are like the heads of devils.” I said: “Did you take it out?” He said: “No. Allah has healed me, and I feared that, that may bring evil upon the people.” Then the well was filled in.
Narrated by Al-Bukhari, 3268 and Muslim, 2189.
According to the above Hadith the Prophet of Allah (Peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was himself a victim of Magic which has caused confusion and made him unwell so one should not consider him or herself immune to spiritual attacks or problems, since the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was prone to this harm himself despite being a Prophet.
Now as for spiritual entities that can cause us harm (Djinn), there are different types:
The Prophet (Peace and Blessing of Allah be upon him) Informed us in a Hadith as follows:
Abu Tha'labah al-Khushani said: The Messenger of Allah (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The Jinn are of three types: a type that has wings, and they fly through the air; a type that looks like snakes and dogs; and a type that stops for a rest then resumes its journey.

Allah (subhana wata ala) has created different types of Jinn. Among them are some who can take on different forms, such as dogs and snakes; some who are like flying winds with wings; and some who can travel and rest.
Now as for harm caused by Jinn, it is well known that they can cause us severe harm one of which is possession.
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
The fact that a Jinni may enter the body of a human is proven by the consensus of the imams of Ahl al-Sunnah wa’l-Jama’ah (the larger body of Muslims who are upon the prophetic traditions).
Allah says (interpretation of the meaning): Those who consumer interests (commercial as well as consumer loans) cannot stand [on the Day of Resurrection] except as one stands who is being beaten by Satan into insanity. (The Qur'an 2:275), and in another Hadith Sayings of the Prophet, it is narrated from the Prophet (Peace and Blessing of Allah be upon him):
Satan flows through the son of Adam like Blood.

Other harms a Djinn can cause are the following:
Death
Illness
Loss of everything
Destruction
Feuds
there are many others Harms a Jinn can cause and such as Separation between man and his Wife, see. (The Qur’an 2:102)
Allah in His Wisdom has informed us in The Qur’an that Jinn's can also cause us physical harm for sure, so one must NOT think that they are immune from spiritual attacks; even if they don’t suffer from a spiritual issue like Black Magic, Dark Arts, Dark Magic, which is usually the common reason of suffering from spiritual harm, physically, and not always due to a Demonic Attacks, since spiritual harm can also be due to being harmed by spiritual practitioners who practice sorcery and Black Magic.
